To change a subscription - either to add/remove items, change delivery date/frequency, update address or update payment method - first click the 'login' link at the top right of the website (underlined here in red):
On the next page, enter your email address and password that you used to create your account on our site:
If you have forgotten your password, instead click the 'forgot your password' link and follow the instructions before going on to log in.
Once you are logged in, you should be redirected to the page below:
If you are not redirected to this page, go to www.enzymedica.co.uk/account. On the account details page shown above, click the 'manage subscriptions' link. This loads the following page:
If you click the link titled 'manage' the dropdown menu loads as shown. From here you have several options to change or view your subscription:
1. Update Card Details
The 'View/Update Card' link allows you to update your card details.
2. Update Address
This link will let you change your delivery address for the order
3. Update Shipping Method
Where available, you may be able to pick a different shipping method
4. Change Upcoming Order Date
Need your next order sooner? Or maybe you have too much product already and need to delay an order? This is the link to use to change when your next order will be shipped.
5. Upcoming Orders
Click this link to view when your future orders are due.
Use this link to view your past transactions
7. Product (Qty)
Clicking this link will load a pop up box where you can amend the quantities of the items in your order. Click update when done.
8. Swap Product
Use this link to switch any of the products in your subsciption for a different item
9. Add Product To Subscription
This link explains how to add additional items to your subscription
10. Cancel Subscription
Click this link to cancel the subscription altogether.
